Picnic Pairings - Steak Sandwich 🥪
Did someone say Steak Sandwiches? What's not to love about this DIY picnic feast! It's quick and easy to make, hearty, and delicious. Plus, it pairs perfectly with Peach Boost Tea! Here's how to make it:
Ingredients:

New York strip or your favorite type of beef steak

Salt and pepper

Butter

1 Yellow onion, sliced

2 Green peppers, sliced

Ciabatta Rolls

Mayonnaise

Dijon mustard

Provolone cheese
Directions:

Season both sides of your steak with salt and pepper. Heat butter in a medium sauté pan, and sear the steak until it's cooked to your liking. Slice the steak into strips.

In the same pan, heat a little more butter over medium heat. Add the onion and peppers and sauté until caramelized, stirring occasionally.

Once your meat and veggies are cooked, start assembling your sandwiches. Put your mayo on the bottom half of your ciabatta roll and mustard on the top. Start by layering your steak strips, sprinkle with salt and pepper, add the onions and peppers, then finish off with a slice of provolone.
