When it comes to backyard picnics, watermelon is king. Our Watermelon Zentopia is the perfect pairing for a refreshing, and easy- salad. Using classic ingredients such as feta cheese and red onion this recipe gives you an unexpected twist while complimenting the juicy watermelon tones in our sparkling water.  

Ingredients:

• 1/4 cup of olive oil
• 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 3 cups of seedless watermelon cut into cubes
• 1 cucumber cubed
• 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
• 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
• 1 red onion thinly sliced
• 1 handful of finely chopped mint
• Optional: 1 watermelon halved
